About Trevor Letowski

​

Trevor was named Head Coach of the OHL's Windsor Spitfires in June 2017 and he has led the Spits to the playoffs in each of his first two seasons. Prior to being named Head Coach, he spent the previous two seasons as the club’s associate coach after having spent six seasons as head and assistant coach with the Sarnia Sting.

A graduate of the Sarnia Sting, Letowski played three OHL seasons from 1994-97, recording 93 goals, 155 assists and 248 points over 187 career regular season contests. His 34 game point streak during the 1996-97 season remains a Sting team record. Letowski also won gold with Canada at the 1997 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship in Geneva and Morges, Switzerland.

A seventh round (174th overall) selection by the Phoenix Coyotes in 1996, Letowski enjoyed a 13-year professional career that included more than 600 NHL games with Phoenix, Columbus, Vancouver and Carolina between 1997 and 2010 - along the way he racked up 84 goals and 117 assists.
